Many of our clients have been asking for a portal which allows for quick and hassle-free short-term recruitment from staff providers. Ever on the lookout for ways to make our customers' lives easier, we thus developed our latest platform Tempcloud.

 

What is Tempcloud?

 

Tempcloud is a platform which enables employers and personnel service providers to fill staffing gaps quickly and without hassle.

 

Why was Tempcloud developed?

 

When looking for part-time staff, many businesses rely on personnel providers to supply people - for example, when they experience ad-hoc staff shortages or need to handle industry-related fluctuations. However, this often involves an elaborate process, as it can take several phone calls and emails to find the right person for the job. In the worst case, several staff providers have to be contacted multiple times before someone is hired. This is followed by yet another round of calls and messages once the supplied personnel is no longer required. Tempcloud aims to slim down this process.

How does staffing via Tempcloud work?

 

Employers enter how many staff members they need, and when they need them. Advanced job filters allow them to define exactly which qualifications their required staff should have.

Staff providers see these employee requests and can quickly match them with the staff on their files. For added transparency, they can stipulate the professions for which they are able to provide staff members.

Both sides can continuously monitor which requests are open, in progress or complete. 

Once a staff member's job placement has ended, employers can approve their work times via Tempcloud.
